Challenge: This company received negative feedback from their current remote employees regarding how connected they feel to their colleagues and the company. 62% of employees said they feel isolated and wish they had more opportunities throughout the week to build rapport with their colleagues. This company wants to make new remote employees feel welcome and connected from day one, so they enjoy their jobs and also perform well.
The Solution: This course provides new employees an overview of how they can connect with their colleagues and the company on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis. They will have the opportunity to discuss work and nonwork-related topics, meet their colleagues virtually, and also meet them in-person. It will be used as part of the company's onboarding process.
