Here you will learn more about me, and view samples of my instructional design work, including eLearning modules, Design Documents, Storyboards, Virtual Instructor Led Training,  Microlearning, and Job Aids.  

I am passionate about helping others learn and excel, and have experience in design, education, management, and mentorship. 

I hold a Master’s in Education Policy Organization and Leadership and have a diverse background in cross-cultural training. I have a proven track record of effectively communicating and collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and stakeholders from around the globe, as well as creating innovative solutions to meet a variety of learners' needs.

My Process

Step 1

Our collaboration begins with a thorough needs analysis to identify all challenges and performace gaps. A learning strategy will then be discussed after accessing objectives, and learning modalities, as they align within the organization's particular goals and standards. 

Step 2

With these goals in mind, I will thoughtfully curate a design document and storyboard. Our communication will continue as these documents are reviewed and revised, seeing the learning solution brought to life - generating goal attainment, and reducing learning challenges.

Step 3

I will develop a prototype  using the parameters outlined in the design phase. The learning goals remain the focal point regardless of modality choice - singular or blended.  Here I will add in my creative touch to yield an engaging and valuable learner experience. 

Step 4

In this phase, the organization will evaluate and monitor the learner experience and outcome after completing the training. Performance statistics will be gathered and recorded. Further adjustments may be addressed and implemented to generate different results.

I have lived and worked abroad for nearly a decade. I can easily adapt to, thrive in, and learn from a new environment. I can effectively and efficiently work with and learn from individuals with varied backgrounds.

The majority of my career has been spent working in international environments or with international stakeholders. I have the ability to converse openly, empathize with another's point of view, and am intuitive and respectful of opinions and needs.

Drawing upon my art and design skills, I  continually find new and innovative ways to design and implement engaging training.
